In today's world individuals and families may experience tremendous stress and difficulty in their personal and professional lives.

There are times when a licensed therapist can help to resolve painful emotions and alleviate confusion. When we are face to face with our most challenging life events, the knowledge and support of a licensed therapist can help.

I am a licensed practitioner who provides therapy to individuals, couples and families including, affirmative therapy for gay, lesbian and bisexual individuals.

I have 25 years of experience helping individuals, couples and families deal with a variety of issues. I provide special services in the following areas: counseling for adolescents and adults with eating disorders including anorexia, bulimia and binge eating; counseling for separated or divorced parents who need to learn skills necessary for maintaining a child focus in their emerging co-parenting relationship.

While these areas are my specialty, I offer treatment for a variety of other issues.
